FAQ

  • Where is the store based?

    Azalea Park, FL

  • How long will it take to make my order?

All items in our store are made to order. While patches are generally completed within 7 days, please allow up to 14 days for your items to be ready to ship in case of high volume of orders. If you are in need of this item in time for an event, please send us message prior to purchasing to ensure we can have it delivered on time.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, tracking included. Approximate delivery time from when we ship and delivery to your address is 3-5 business days within the US and 10-15 business days for international addresses. This does not include days spent going through customs for international orders.

Express shipping is available but we will need to be contacted to setup up your order and ensure it can be completed and mailed out in time.

While we do our best to make sure items are mailed out in time, we are not responsible in the rare cases where packages go into limbo and are delivered later than expected.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

Additional taxes, customs and fees associated with the purchase are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Can I iron my patch to (insert item here)?

All patches are backed with HeatNBond UltraHold adhesive for extra strength bonding and easy application. You may hand sew your patch for extra durability but if you would prefer to machine sew your patch onto your project, please leave a note during checkout to receive a patch without the adhesive backing. Ironing application and after care instructions are included in your package.

Please note that not all fabrics/materials are suitable for iron on application and it may be necessary to sew your patch on to prevent damaging your items. Patches are best for denim, cotton and polyester fabrics. Rayon and satin can be used if the iron is set to a lower heat setting and the patch is pressed for a longer amount of time. Fabrics that do not tolerate heat well and can melt include leather, nylon and silk.
Iron settings may vary so its best to start at the lowest heat setting and slowly increase the heat until the patch adheres to your items.
